Carpet and linoleum floors. Celing fan in bedroom, open floor plan with living and dining areas and galley kitchen with spacious counter for stools. Dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator and stove are electric. Hot and cold water provided by owner. Tenant pays their own electric bill. Monthly rent for 1 bedroom with no more than 2 occupants is $1,050 per month with a $500 deposit. 1 parking spot for a car, small truck or motorcyle allowed per tenant. No RV's, boats or other other convenances allowed. No fishtanks allowed on 2nd floor units. A cat or dog allowed with a $50 deposit but constantly barking dogs are not allowed as they disturb other tenants. Manager lives offsite and all deposits and rent is paid electronically through RentRedi online. You must go to rentredi to set up your account.
