Lease terms

Rent: $2000 per month Security Deposit: $2000 due at lease signing. 12-month lease required. Property available September 1, 2026. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including electric, gas, water/sewer, trash, and internet/cable. No smoking inside the home. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis with landlord approval. Additional pet deposit and/or monthly pet rent may apply. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late fees will apply as outlined in the lease agreement. Applicants are subject to a credit check, background check, income verification, and rental history review. Renter's insurance is required for the duration of the lease. Lawn care and routine exterior maintenance are the tenant's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
