My Sweetheart Cottage is available month to month or seasonally. This cottage is not available in the Winter months. The cottage is a fully furnished and considered a turn key rental property. I use the standard Florida lease. If rented under 6 months landlords are required to collect 13% tax. I require a security deposit that is based on length on rental. There is also a cleaning fee based on length of rental. The rent included internet/ streaming TV service and lawn care. The cottage is ready now for a walk through preview or I can send you a video. I have been in business since 1996 and I have an A+ rating with the BBB. No Smoking inside the cottage Pets ok, with fees
