**Key Lease Details The condominium is leased as an unfurnished residential unit for a fixed 12-month term. Monthly rent is 1,250 due on the first day of each month, with a 1,250 security deposit** required at lease signing. Rent payments must be received by the Landlord by the due date, and a late fee of 50** applies if payment is not received by 11:59 PM on the fifth day of the month. The Tenant is responsible for maintaining the property in good condition, promptly reporting maintenance issues, and complying with all applicable Lake St. Louis Community Association (HOA) rules and regulations. **Utilities and Responsibilities The Tenant is responsible for establishing and paying for **electricity, internet, cable, and any optional services**.
