Lease terms

1. Renter responsible for payment of water/sewer, gas, & electric. 2. Landlord will pay for garbage and groundskeeping. 3. The Landlord agrees to rent to the Tenant the house at 112 Kingswood Ave., Vacaville, CA. for use as a residential premise only. 4. Subject to the provisions of this Lease, apart from the Tenant and the Tenant's immediate family members, no other persons will live in the Property without the prior written permission of the Landlord. 5. No guests of the Tenants may occupy the Property for longer than one week without the prior written consent of the Landlord. 6. No animals are allowed to be kept in or about the Property without the revocable written permission of the Landlord. 7. Subject to the provisions of the Lease, the Tenant is entitled to the exclusive use of the following parking on or about the Property: Driveway & garage. 8. The Tenant, members of the Tenant's household, and guests will not smoke, or vape anywhere in the Property.
