This is a 12-month lease for a well-maintained 4 bed, 2 bath home in Perry, GA. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including electricity through Flint Energies and water/sewer/trash through the City of Perry, and all utilities must be transferred into the tenant's name effective on or before the move-in date prior to receiving possession of the property.
