Flexible lease duration. House is available starting July 1 at $5995/month plus utilities for 6 months or more; or $6500/month for one month. MAXIMUM 6 PEOPLE ON LEASE/LIVING IN HOUSE. NO CATS. Long term renters are responsible for all utilities incl: natural gas (heat source is forced air natural gas), electricity, water, sewer, garbage, snow removal, wifi, and a prorated percentage of annual HOA dues. Winter lease renters are also responsible for cost of annual snowplow contract. Monthly renters pay just $6500 flat rent plus security deposit. Renter is responsible for anything needing repair under $1000 or due to their use during the time of lease. Owner will help renter source repairperson(s). No smoking of any kind. For long term leases, first & last month's rent plus security deposit ($10,000) is due at signing. Then walk up 10 stairs to open floorplan kitchen/dining/huge living room plus the 4th bedroom (2nd master w/en-suite shower bath and CA King bed). 4th bathroom is a powder room off the kitchen/dining. Bedrooms are carpeted, living/dining/kitchen and stairs are gorgeous hard wood floors.
Walk out to one of three porches to reach our new (Feb 2026) 5-person hot tub which is set on the forest overlooking greenbelt. Two of the bedrooms open to porches leading to the hot tub. Landscaped gardens, bubbling water feature, and grass on front and back plus huge seasonal aspen and lilac trees.
House is fully furnished; all closets and drawers empty. It has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and designer concrete counter tops, every appliance you need, huge deck off the kitchen/dining/living rooms, large flatscreen TV, and cozy great room with wood fireplace.
Enjoy very close by access (5-10 min) to all of Tahoe Donner's many amenities: gym, pool, spa, mountain bike trails, golf, skiing, dining. Four grocery stores in town are just an 8 min drive.
Owner-built and lived in for over 30 years, which means we've done many upgrades, thought of everything, and that it's well-maintained.
Although we love animals we do not allow cats. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
