Lease terms

This lease agreement is for a term of twelve (12) months, The leesee is responsible for the payment of all utilities except water and services associated with the property. Upon approval of the lease application, the first month's rent and security deposit are due at the time of signing. Please note that Southwest Home Rentals, Inc operates on a first-come, first-served basis and does not hold properties without a full security deposit if approved. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, Pets are permitted on a case-by-case basis, subject to the owner's discretion. If a pet is approved, a one-time, non-refundable pet fee will be required. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the yard, including mowing the lawn regularly, weeding, and keeping shrubs trimmed.
