1. The Lease Agreement shall commence on the agreed-upon start date and continue for a fixed term of twelve (12) months. At the end of the term, the lease may be renewed or extended only with written consent from both the Landlord and Tenant. 2. Proof of Insurance: Tenant must provide proof of coverage prior to move-in and upon renewal or request by Landlord. Failure to Maintain: Failure to maintain active renters insurance constitutes a violation of this Lease Agreement. 3. Pet Policy Allowed Pets: Tenant is permitted to keep a maximum of two (2) pets on the premises. Pet Documentation: Tenant must provide current vaccination records for each pet prior to move-in and maintain up-to-date records throughout the tenancy. Pet Behavior: All pets must be well-behaved, not pose a safety risk, and not cause excessive noise or disturbances. Pet Responsibility: Tenant is responsible for all damages or injuries caused by their pets. 4. Rules and Regulations Tenant agrees to comply with: All rules and regulations set forth by the Landlord or property management.
