Up to $150 credit allowed for electricity. Internet and water included. HOA approval required. Rules: Guests may unload vehicles in front of the property but cannot park there for an extended period of time. One/two vehicles can park in the unit's attached garage, all other vehicles must park in any of the parking spaces around the complex. No excessive noise after 10 pm. No smoking or vaping allowed inside the house at any time under any circumstances whatsoever. This also includes smoking outside with the doors open - this allows the smoke to travel inside and is still a violation of the house rules. If either of these rules are violated, the guest will incur a cleaning and smoke remediation fee of $200. Pool rules and hours are posted at the pool. All posted rules must be adhered to at all times. No drying or hanging of towels, swimsuits, clothing, etc in any place visible from outside the unit (per HOA guidelines). Please do not place trash anywhere outside the unit other than in the designated trash receptacles (per HOA guidelines). No trailers, recreational vehicles, boats, or any other vehicles besides passenger vehicles are permitted to park in any of the spaces in the complex (per HOA guidelines). Garage door must be kept continuously closed except for entry and exiting of automobiles. All reservations are subject to a written rental agreement which will be emailed to you upon booking. Guests must sign and return this rental agreement within 48 hours of booking or reservation will be cancelled. Additionally, per HOA guidelines, the following must be provided to us, in order for us to provide to the HOA: name, age, email address, cell phone number, and valid copy of photo ID for all guests. Names and ages of accompanying children. Make, model, year, color, and tag number of all vehicles guests intend to park on the property.
