Here is a review from our current tenant: "This space has been great for me to build my business as I wrapped up my time in Tallahassee. I've hosted friends for karaoke, shared meals, and danced around. This cozy space has infinite possibilites to be what you need.
Amy and Charlie, the landlords, are kind and friendly, very responsive to repair requests and care about your experience renting from them. It's always a joy to say hi and cross paths with them.
Oh, and being right across from Myers Park is such a blessing. I've had a covered porch I can sit and drink coffee or tea while looking out at the forest. I've walked 3 minutes to play basketball or hit against the wall at the park, and you can literally walk to Cascades in 10 minutes. It is a dream location, and I would love to keep living here if I was staying in Tallahasee.
I hope the next tenant can find their home-away-from-home here, and feel as welcome and supported as I have."
