Welcome to Sunshine in Shady Acres! This is a FULLY FURNISHED rental including linens, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. We are flexible on lease terms, but require a minimum of 1 month stays. The primary bedroom on the second floor offers a king sized bed with an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and double sinks. The two additional bedrooms both have queen sized beds. There is an additional full bathroom with tub/shower in the second floor hallway. There is a washer and dryer on the second floor as well, making laundry day easier. The first floor has an open living room / dining area as well as a dedicated workspace. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary utensils, dishes, cookware and appliances. There is also a small half bathroom on the first floor. The front porch is perfect for relaxing in the cool afternoons with a cold beverage of your choice. In the backyard*, we have an outdoor living area great for having some guests over as well as a large hot tub for relaxing after a long day of work. The yard is fully fenced, perfect for containing pets. It also offers additional security as there is a security gate which tenants will be able to control via their smartphones. Up to 3 cars can park in the driveway within the security gate. We are in the heart of Houston Heights / Shady Acres area. Our location is a short walk from the White Oak Bayou trail which is great for exercise. We have many excellent bars, breweries and restaurants all within walking distance or a short drive. Within only 3-4 blocks you will find Cedar Creek Bar & Grill, Shady Acres Saloon, New Magnolia Brewing, Eureka Brewing, and Fluff Bakery. Even being so close to all of these great places, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful while being in the middle of the city. You will always find neighbors walking around the neighborhood with their children and dogs especially on the cooler days and nights. *There is a detached garage on the property that is used for owner's storage. This will remain locked and is not accessible by the tenant.
