Lease terms

- Additional bills: Tenant pays for electricity, internet, renters insurance. - Additional bills paid to landlord: Tenant pays for $125/person/per month utilities for sewer, garbage, water, gas to landlord on top of monthly base-rent - Included in rent: 2 Off-street parking spots - Optional (only if Tenant wants to use garage) additional bill paid to landlord: covered garage $200/month (excludes electricity, up to 2 cars) - Laundry: in-building shared laundry room (1 washer, 2 dryers), not-metered - Smoking: No smoking anywhere on the property. - Minimum Lease: 12 months - Occupancy: Max. 2, premises only for personal use as a living quarters and are not to be sublet or assigned without written consent - Community standards: All residents agree to be considerate of neighbors, keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours and help maintain a friendly, respectful, and inclusive environment where everyone contributes to keep everything in good shape. - Application process: As part of the process, you may be asked to pay a $29 screening fee per person to cover the cost of credit/background reports. If we do not proceed with your screening (for example, because an earlier applicant was approved and you are next in line), no fee is due.
