Lease terms

12-month lease preferred. Rent is $1,450/month. Deposit due at signing is $1,850 total, consisting of a $1,450 security deposit plus a $400 water/utility deposit. First month's rent is due before move-in. Tenant is responsible for utilities unless otherwise stated in the lease. Lawn mowing is included and handled by the property manager. No smoking permitted. No pets preferred; pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior written approval, additional pet fee, and monthly pet rent if approved. Assistance animals will be handled in accordance with applicable fair housing laws. Applicants must complete Zillow's application/background screening. Lease must be signed and all required move-in funds paid prior to occupancy.
