Lease terms

The rent includes the home owners association fees which cover trash/recycling removal, landscaping, snow removal, and provides the access to the pool, courts, and common green spaces. Tenants are responsible for all other utilities and rental insurance is required. All occupants over the age of 18 must complete application, credit report, and background check prior to lease commitment. If pets are part of the family (NO BREED RESTRICTIONS) an additional pet agreement outlining the deposit, and specifics about animals (no fenced yard and animals may not be chained outdoors), and city licensing is required.
