Lease terms

Rent will have a generous monthly utility allowance of up to $400 toward water, natural gas, electricity, and high-speed internet. Tenants are responsible only for utility charges exceeding the monthly allowance. The lease includes exclusive use of the main house, a dedicated laundry room with a washer and dryer, two driveway parking spaces, and one additional street parking space. Enjoy a large, fully fenced backyard and a spacious backyard patio, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Trash, recycling, and compost collection are included. Tenants are responsible for lawn maintenance. A separate guest house is located at the rear of the property with its own private fenced yard and is occupied independently. It is completely separate from the leased home and is not included in the rental. For added convenience and peace of mind, the home features keyless entry and exterior security cameras. Tenants will have access to manage these systems throughout the lease. All cameras are exterior-facing only there are no interior cameras. The furnished option includes many everyday household essentials, including bed linens, bathroom towels, dishes, cookware, silverware, kitchen utensils, small countertop appliances, and a gas range, making move-in simple and convenient. Consumable items are not provided or restocked. Routine pest control is provided, along with responsive on-call property maintenance and professional management throughout the lease. No smoking. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
