Also looking for someone who is comfortable fixing stuff around the house on their own since I'm out of town a lot and unable to fix small things in a timely manner.
Filtered water (I have a complete water filtration system with water softener which is great for your body and skin)
No Pets (I'm extremely allergic to most pets, sorry)
No Smoking (if you need to smoke weed, go outside and smoke.) * No illegal Drugs!!
No Laundry on site, but a laundromat facility within a mile
