$2,895 first month and a $2,895 deposit due at the time of signing a lease and required before moving in. Tenants must pass a background check, pass a credit check (minimum 700 credit score), verify income is 3x the monthly rent, and have prior landlord references. Tenant is responsible for gas, electric, water, trash, and yard maintenance. Dogs considered with a pet deposit. Tenant also responsible for $100 occupancy inspection fee, $25 occupancy permit fee and $100 for Metro West fire safety occupancy inspection which is due at the signing of the lease. *How to Apply* Applicants must submit an application to Landlord Tenant Services.
