The rest of the house is furnished, so your bed is really the only furniture you'll need! Please note that the stated rent is for one person. $45 of the rent covers utilities, common area cleaning, and other services for one person. For additional occupants, an extra $45 monthly fee will be added to cover these costs. The flexible month-to-month rental starts 4/4/2026, and you can move out anytime with 30-day notice. All utilities & wi-fi are included. The deposit is $500. The whole house is air-conditioned and has hard floors throughout (no carpeting). The tankless water heater provides instant, endless hot water to for your shower (there are 4 full bathrooms) and the kitchen. The kitchen has three fridges, two stoves, two microwaves, and plenty of cupboard space. There's a fully-furnished living room, and two sets of laundry machines. There's even a shared printer, with office supplies for you to use. In the backyard, there are covered racks to lock up your bike. All the common areas and bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned twice a month, the office supplies and printer are regularly restocked, and we also take care of all landscaping. The co-op is just a couple blocks away, and there's a bus stop within less than a block. This home is PET-FRIENDLY! For each pet, there is a $20 monthly fee and a one-time $225 refundable deposit.
