While I'd prefer someone who's planning to stay at least three months, the room is for rent on a month-to-month basis; the lease can be terminated by either party with 30 days notice. I don't want anyone to stay if they're unhappy, and this is Oregon state law for rentals where the property owner lives in the dwelling.

About the building

Bright and beautiful room with wood floors and a large walk-in closet, as well as views of fields and trees, close to GSRMC hospital, shopping, and… dining. Custom Guard blackout shades for when you need to sleep. Shared bath with one other roommate. All bedding, linens, and towels included. Clean, quiet, home that's warm and inviting, and has lots of room in the kitchen. I just ask that you limit gluten-containing products to pre-packaged meals; no baking or baked goods containing gluten. Backyard barbecue. Room for a bike in the garage. I'm clean and considerate, and am happy to share an occasional cup of coffee or glass of wine and provide tips on places to go in Corvallis or Oregon if you're looking for that. I'll respect your privacy as well if you're someone who likes to keep to themself.

I'm a nurse who loves spending time outdoors. I enjoy biking, gardening, and camping. Looking for renters who are clean, considerate, and willing to be mostly gluten-free. Prepackaged meals and pasta w/gluten are OK, but no baked goods containing gluten.
