The property is completely brand new and includes a rear patio with an exterior storage closet. The following services are included in the monthly rent: * Lawn maintenance including mowing, weed-eating, shrub trimming, and mulch maintenance * HVAC filter changes every two months * Exterior pest control service monthly * Interior pest control service quarterly TENANT RESPONSIBILITIES Tenant is responsible for: * Electricity * Water * Garbage pickup * Internet * Cable Tenant must maintain the home and yard in a clean, neat, and orderly condition at all times. The property must remain free of debris, clutter, pests, and rodents. LEASE RESTRICTIONS * No pets * No fish tanks or aquariums * No smoking * No illegal drugs * Maximum occupancy: 4 persons * Parking permitted on concrete driveway only APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS All occupants over the age of 18 who will reside in the home are required to: * Complete an application * Pass a background check * Be listed on the lease as a signer A scheduled in-person tour of the property is required prior to application review.
