* Application Fee: $75 * Must pass background check (i.e., No Arrest Records, and/or Convictions within 10 Years) * Must not have any previous evictions and/or housing court dates within the last 5 years * Must have proof of current & previous employment (5-7 years minimum history) * Proof of income (i.e., copies of paystubs - past 3 months, and/or W-2s - past or current year, etc.) and/or (Proof Federal/State Tax Return Filing - past year) * Credit Score: 600+ (negotiable if- 560 - 599) * Rent Amount: $1,555 per month * Security Deposit, $1,555 + First Month's Rent, $1,555 = $3,100 paid upon move-in * Rent Due Date: Paid by the 5th of each month, $25 fee for for late payments * Rent payment method(s): Zillow Online payment system, electronic payments platforms/apps may be accepted on a case-by-case basis (i.e., CashApp, Paypal, Apple Pay, Zelle, etc.), Money orders, or Cashier's checks (NO Personal Checks) * Renter's insurance is required for all tenants (Proof of renter's insurance: Personal Liability $300,000 | Personal Property $15,000+ | * No Pets Allowed * No Smoking * Renters are responsible for paying utilities (Gas, electric, internet, cable, trash, etc.) (Huntsville Utilities) * Minimum Leasing Term | 12 Months | 1 Year | All applications will be declined if they fail to meet the above criteria.
