Room for rent in a 3 bedroom, 3 bedroom townhome very close to campus.… Looking for another male Mines student to live with a Business Engineering and Civil Engineering roommates (will be Juniors this fall). Located just a few blocks on the other side of Clear Creek, it's a quick walk, bike or drive to campus. Street parking is on 8th street. There is also access from the alley between 8th and 9th.
The condo is three levels. The room for rent is in the basement, with a bathroom and walk in closet. It is partially furnished with a queen sized bed, desk, and chair.
Shared spaces include kitchen and living room.
Tours can be arranged by appointment.
Housemate details
Fischer and Avery are going into their third year at Mines studying Business Engineering and Civil. They played/play baseball and and Fischer is in a fraternity.
