Room for rent in a 3 bedroom, 3 bedroom townhome very close to campus. Looking for another male Mines student to live with a Business Engineering and Civil Engineering roommates (will be Juniors this fall). Located just a few blocks on the other side of Clear Creek, it's a quick walk, bike or drive to campus. Street parking is on 8th street. There is also access from the alley between 8th and 9th.
