The entertainment area includes a modern pool table and customizable smart lighting for a fun and vibrant atmosphere. An air mattress is available upon request. Gym access requires a signed liability waiver. Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance, and no pets over 50lbs are allowed, with an extra one-time fee per pet per stay: 1-2 nights: $100/pet, 3-6 nights: $150/pet, 7-29 nights: $250/pet, 30+ nights: $300/month/pet. Located in northeast Austin / Manor with quick access to Hwy 130 and Palmer Ln, this apartment offers a convenient commute to Downtown Austin, The Domain, major business hubs, ACL, F1, SXSW, and Austin-Bergstrom Airport. Ample on-site parking is included. Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building, and there is a $1000 fine if discovered or reported. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10pm to 8am. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music, and there is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains of excessive noise. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee, and you will be charged for stained or damaged sheets/towels. There is a $600 penalty for lost keys/clicker/fob. Do not alter any safety device. There is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance, and blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
