Lease terms

12-month lease preferred. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including water, electricity, gas, internet, and any other applicable services. No smoking and no pets permitted on the property. As the home is located within a subdivision, tenants are expected to maintain the lawn and exterior appearance of the property in accordance with community standards. We are seeking responsible and respectful tenants who will care for the home as if it were their own. Income verification, credit check, background screening, rental history verification, and any applicable application or screening fees required by the screening platform may be part of the tenant approval process. Security deposit and first month's rent are due at lease signing.
