A free 2-car garage is available for ultimate convenience. Dogs are welcome with specific rules: up to two dogs under 50lbs are allowed, must be leashed when outside, guests must pick up after their dog, dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds, dogs should not be left unattended and must be crated if left alone, dogs must be housebroken, and potty areas are outside but not on a neighbor's lawn. Guests should ensure their dog doesn't cause excessive noise. A pack & play is also available. For everyone's peace of mind, there are exterior cameras on the property for safety purposes. Please avoid glitter and confetti decorations, and do not place anything on the wallpaper. All decorations must be removed before check-out. The property is designed as a peaceful retreat, so it should not be used as a hub for outside visitors or rotating guests. Please help keep outdoor noise to a considerate level during quiet hours. This is a smoke-free property; smoking is not allowed inside or within 25 feet of the property. If you smoke outdoors, please keep windows and doors closed. A $500 fee applies if smoke is detected indoors. If something breaks or gets damaged during your stay, please let the host know.
