Walking distance to dog park, festivals, and Main St/shopping and dining! Electric, Water, sewer, garbage included. This is a 2bd unit. Rent includes water, sewer, garbage. Laundry area on site. Units are first come first serve, we do not hold them. Rent is $1500/mo with all living expenses included. First months rent and security deposit of $1500 are due before move in. Each adult MUST complete an application. Application fee is $50per adult. This covers the cost of the background reports. Valid ID and proof of income required for applications. Prior evictions and criminal history with drug or violent offenses not accepted. PET POLICY: All properties There is a non refundable pet deposit of $250 PER pet. Dogs will add $35/mo to rent and cats will add $25/mo to rent. Only one dog and cat are allowed. We must also approve the animal prior to move in. If you would like an application (mandatory for any person over 18yrs of age) please send us your legal name, phone number, and email address (the phone number and email CANNOT be duplicate for either person) We will send you an electronic application. In your message also include how many adults/kids/pets. You must be ready to move in within the next week or so to apply. If you are needing something further out, please contact me with the desired move in timing, we are renovating multiple units and will help to accommodate if we can! No prior evictions or felony drug or violent charges will be accepted.
