Smoking Policy No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the apartment or anywhere within the building. Tenant Responsibilities Keep the apartment clean and sanitary. Promptly report maintenance issues or needed repairs. Replace smoke detector/carbon monoxide detector batteries as needed during tenancy (unless otherwise required by law). Replace light bulbs and maintain cleanliness of appliances and fixtures. Properly dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas. Do not make alterations to the apartment without prior written approval from the landlord.
