Rent includes water only. Tenant is responsible for Electric & Gas billed monthly by providers (bills provided) tenant must pay via Zelle directly to the landlord, If dogs owner, Tenant must pick up pet's poop daily or as necessary. Tenant has backyard patio access only and their pets have backyard bathroom usage only for indoor only pets. Indoor only cat owners will need to have the litter box in small storage room only. NO outdoor only pets accepted. Landlord's items stored in backyard off limits (Trailer & storage buildings). Landlord/owner has access to backyard at all times via private gates. This is a non-smoking home & property for tenants & their guest, no exceptions. No more than 3 vehicles total and no blocking the sidewalk while parked on the driveway. Lease will be 1 year with the possibility of a renewal. Must have a min. 740+ credit score and meet qualifications of salary 2.5 times the rent amount to schedule a tour.
