No smoking. 12 month minimum lease term for best rate: $1650 monthly rent. Shorter lease terms available for different monthly rate. Furnished apartment. Furniture can be removed (subject to a removal fee). Parking: 1 parking space shared among 3 apartments located directly beside building. Lower parking lot down a flight of stairs can accommodate more cars (2 cars can be registered for this apartment; guests may park along street). Steps are salted / scraped in winter. Utilities: All utilities (electricity, wifi, water, sewer, trash) included in monthly rent for 2 people. Up to two additional occupants under the age of 18 (not including co-signer) may be added to lease for additional utility fee.
