Lease terms

Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including electricity, gas, water, trash, internet, and cable services. A minimum 12-month lease is required. First month's rent, last month's rent, and security deposit are due at lease signing. Renters insurance is required throughout the lease term. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home, garage, or on the property. One pet may be considered with owner approval and applicable pet fees/deposit. Tenant shall maintain the property in a clean and sanitary condition. No alterations, modifications, painting, installation of fixtures, satellite dishes, fencing, security systems, landscaping changes, or other improvements may be made to the property without prior written approval from the owner. Landlord provides landscaping service at no additional cost. Refrigerator is included with the property. Property available for occupancy beginning July 1, 2026.
