We just finished up with a 1 bed 1 bath apartment #3.… There's 4 one bed one bath apartments above retail space in Fairmont on east side of Fairmont close to the interstate restaurants grocery stores. Parking is first come first serve. But there is plenty of on street parking as well. Pets considered on case by case basis with increase in rent for pets.
Landlord pays water sewage garbage. Tenant pays electric. Each apartment has separate electric meter. It's electric hot water heater.
A refrigerator and stove is ordered at Lowe's. Updated pics coming soon
