Hi there! Me and my roommates are looking for someone to move into a single private room. We are looking for someone who likes cats (as we have two in the house currently) and is LGBTQ+ friendly. We are also a co-ed household. We are also pet friendly and are open to any other pets other than cats. If you are interested in having a dog here, they must be cat-friendly. The free bedroom is large and can easily fit a queen, a dresser, and a desk. If wanted, the room can be furnished upon request. The house has two bathrooms available (one shared, one guest), a large kitchen, a living room, a laundry room, a large backyard, and a dining room. The house is in walking distance to a bus stop that goes to CSU campus, and is also in walking distance of a grocery store. There is also free available street parking.

The private bedroom is large and can easily fit a queen, a dresser, and a desk. The room has a decent sized closet with mirrored closet doors.… The room is located on the first floor and shares a wall with only one other tenant. There are two windows (one of which is east facing) that let in a lot of natural lighting and were recently replaced to reduce heat loss. The room is also finished with an natural oak flooring. If wanted, the room can be furnished upon request. The house has two bathrooms available (one shared with one other tenant, one guest bathroom), a large kitchen, a living room, a laundry room, a large backyard, and a dining room. The house is in walking distance to a bus stop that goes to CSU campus, and is also in walking distance of a grocery store. There is also available street parking.

Chill, respectful home with 3 roommates an undergrad, a full-time worker/grad student, and a gamer job-seeker. Occasional social vibes, mostly quiet. Two sweet cats: one cuddly, one playful. Great for someone independent but friendly!
