Routine Upkeep AC Filters: You must replace the air conditioning filters every 30 to 60 days to keep the system running efficiently and keep utility bills down. Reporting Damage: Report any plumbing leaks, roof drips, or major mechanical issues to the landlord immediately so they can be repaired before causing major damage.
