Tenants who prefer an unfurnished unit may request removal of any or all items prior to move-in. An inventory list with photos documenting the condition of all furnished items will be attached to the lease agreement. Tenant is responsible for any damage to furnished items beyond normal wear and tear.the term. Please check local laws regarding lease renewal requirements. OCCUPANCY LIMITS: Occupancy is limited to the tenants listed on the lease agreement. A maximum of 2 persons per bedroom is permitted. Overnight guests are allowed for no more than 7 nights total per calendar month. Any additional occupants must be approved in writing by the landlord. SUBLETTING: Subletting or assignment of the lease is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the landlord.
