All walls, and ceilings and wood floors have been refinished and HVAC upgraded to high efficiency furnace with central air and a new water heater. Home has front and rear porches, and fenced in back yard. Clothes Washer, Dryer and Utility Sink in basement. Owned and operated by local responsive landlord, not a large company! The downstairs features an open layout between the kitchen, living, and dining rooms, plus a large hallway pantry, a bedroom and a full bathroom. The other two bedrooms are upstairs, including a spacious master with large closets and overhead storage space. A full bathroom is also located upstairs. All bedrooms are spacious and well lit. The house has central heating and cooling, and there's an unfinished basement that houses the washer and dryer with plenty of room for extra storage. Outside, there are covered porches on the front and back (both entrances are up a small set of stairs) and a fenced-in, wooded backyard. I own and manage this house myself, so there is no 3rd party you have to deal with for maintenance requests or other issues. Lease Details: Term: 12-month lease preferred. Preferred start date on August 1 or 15, but we are flexible for the right renters. Utilities & Upkeep: Tenant pays all utilities, maintains the small yard, and changes the HVAC filters.
