After signing a physical copy of the lease, renters must take the signed lease to City Hall to get parking passes for any vehicles (per Richmond City, Carver Community parking policies). No smoking indoors. No nails, tape, paint or any other modification on/to the exposed brick.

This is a classic rowhouse nestled perfectly between Carver Community and VCU (one block away from the Siegel Center/VCU campus).… The house is a tri-level, with two triple-locked front-facing entrances, and an original brick patio and backyard patio. Backyard is fenced for protection; back entrance triple-locked for protection. Double doors for the main entrance, and a glass door for added protection.
Each bedroom has its' own fireplace/mantel and great natural light. There are two very large closets on the top floor, and a large storage closet on the lower level. There is a large living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a lovely kitchen with a walk-in pantry. Properties includes washer, dryer, and full laundry room with additional storage.
House has been renovated to include re-painting and replacement of appliances. I'm open to any change in paint color (as long as it's restored prior to termination of lease) or hanging of frames/TV's - just PLEASE don't add anything onto the exposed brick!
Note: Photos are being taken during renovation after renovations. We are removing all furniture that was left behind from previous tenants. Recommendation letters from previous tenants are available, upon request.
