Recently renovated upstairs unit in Boise's North End. There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor, and a large private third floor attic loft accessible from a built-in ladder. All three can be used as bedrooms, or the extra rooms make for an excellent live/work/study space. There is a private covered entrance, in-unit washer/dryer, and four mini-split heating and cooling units. The location offers great access to Downtown, the Foothills Trail System, Hyde Park, the Co-Op and St. Luke's Hospital or a simple reverse commute to Meridian. The terms: -The downstairs unit is owner-occupied with 2-3 working/schooling adults and a non-working Golden Retriever. -Dogs/cats are allowed with prior approval, $350 non-refundable pet deposit, and additional monthly rent of $35 for small animals and $50 for large animals (above 40 lbs). Sorry, no bully breeds due to insurance. -$100 flat utility fee per month for first resident, $50 for each additional resident. This includes ALL utilities (electric, water, sewer, trash, internet, lawn maintenance). -On street parking only, but there is always space to park. -No smoking of any kind. -Must apply and pay rent through Zillow Rental Manager. You may tour the apartment before going through the application process to make sure it is a good fit. -Apartment is occupied through 8/3/26. Current tenant is willing to allow serious inquiries to tour the apartment at a mutually agreeable time. -One year lease and then month-to-month. -$500 non-refundable fee due at lease signing. This fee will be deducted from first month's rent. -$2300 refundable security deposit, adjusted $1800 for first month's rent, utility flat fee and any pet deposit/rent due before moving in.
