Easy street parking right outside entrance of unit. This is a completely private and separate unit from the rest of the home, but the kitchen shares a wall with a family on the other side. We have installed sound proof insulation in that wall to provide both spaces as much privacy as possible. Please understand that, similar to an apartment, you might be able to hear occasional noises from the other side of the wall. You will access this space through the side of the house through the gate pictured in the photos section. Guests will have access to all noted amenities and areas. There are no shared spaces in this listing. Our amazing property manager Daniel is available to help with any questions or concerns during your stay. Owners do not live on the property. Centrally located and close to downtown. Our guests have routinely walked downtown to restaurants, bars, and baseball games. Parking is limited to street parking. There are no designated spots, so please feel free to park anywhere. There is generally ample space to park.
