Landlord pays for trash pickup. there is driveway parking, the rent is a little bit negotiable as is the no pet policy. this is a smoking household but if you're a non smoker the area for rent is completely separate. we are a drug free household. Absolutely no drugs or illegal substances allowed anywhere on property including suite area. must love dogs. we have 2 ESAs (dogs) so that's why there is a no pet policy which can be negotiated. 24 hour access to laundry room and really pretty much most of the house except bedrooms. the rent is $400 a month + half shared utilities (gas, water, electric and wireless internet) OR $700 a month all bills paid.

Private two-level suite with one room being upstairs and one room being downstairs.… This section of the house is completely separate from the main living quarters. It is separated by a locking door off the main living room. it is perfect for anyone wanting some extra space, a studio, an office or private living area. Both rooms are small and cozy. the upstairs room has built in shelves on one wall and the downstairs room has a small closet. the upstairs room had hardwood flooring where as the downstairs room has concrete flooring. It is a unique layout with that area being somewhat open but still separate and separate from the main living area. It is a shared bathroom setup and you will have unlimited respectful access to the bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, living room and huge fenced in back yard. Washer and dryer are available in unit. Must see to appreciate. conveniently located a short walk or drive to either Newman or Friends University. Pet policy can be discussed.

there are two disabled females living in the house, their ages are 31 and 54 and pretty much stay at home for the most part. the male roommate is 50 years old and works in retail. His hours are varied so he comes and goes.
