Private Bath in each bedroom. This is a great opportunity for someone who works in the service industry. Very affordable.… 12 minuets to downtown Dallas. Very quiet and secure place. We own 26 acres surrounding the house. The house is the 2nd to last on the block so very little traffic. Off Street, Secure Parking. This home is newly remolded in 2025. New electric, new plumbing, new kitchen, new bathrooms. The house is located near (175 & Buckner, loop 12) or (635 & Dowdy Ferry) or (20 & Dowdy Ferry) or (45 & loop 12) All the people who live here are very easy going and go to work everyday and use the house to reset themselves for work. There is a fridge in the kitchen but all rooms use individual fridges as well. Call with questions. If the ad is up it is still for rent. Security deposit is 200. No Cats. A well mannered dog is okay. Room locks by electronic code, phone or finger print. Paved bike trail and the trinity river is at the end of the block.
