Utilities included: cable, electricity, heat, gas, internet, air conditioning and water dependant on length of lease.
Please note there is plywood over the window on stairs and in the rock'n'roll room in precaution of snow.

House is pet friendly with $500 nonrefundable cleaning deposit.
