Tenant responsible for utilities i.e. Electricity, Heating, Water, Sewer, and Trash service etc. A $40 one-time fee per applicant is required for Tenant Background check and Credit check. Furniture and Personal items shown in picture not included in rental. Any appliances, equipment present in the rental property at the time of move-in will need to be maintained in good condition and remain in the rental property at the time of tenant moving-out. Pet deposit is $250 per pet (Non-Refundable). Monthly pet rent is additional $50 per pet. Home is equipped with water softener. Tenant is responsible for replenishing solar salt in the water softener (approximate cost is about $20 a month).
