No smoking on the property. No pets. Only Certified Organic substances for pest control inside and outside the house. Landscaping maintenance by owner. No open fires outside, ie torches, fire pits or bar-b-ques. Only propane grills allowed. No parking on street. Reverse osmosis drinking water at kitchen sink. Only heavy weight deck furniture and no items in yard, since high winds can come up at any time. No temporary structures. Rent must be paid in full by 5th day of each month or 5% late fee.
