The house is centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood, within 2-3 miles of downtown, trails, parks, Cost Co, Trader Joe's, Juniper Fitness Center and St Charles Medical Center. Rent is $2,500 month, and includes gas heat, utilities, electric, internet, trash and recycle pick up, and lawn care. First months and last months rent, and a $1,000 security deposit required.
