Property has a beautiful view of the lake, with an 8 slip dock, a fish cleaning station, picnic tables and fire pit. Boat slips are not included, but available upon request for an additional $100 monthly. This includes parking space for trailer and boat slip. Dinning and shopping within 2 miles proximity 1 YEAR RENTAL AGREEMENT AMOUNT $1,000. Monthly 1st. Month $1,000. Deposit: $1,000. ( Deposit is returned 5 to 10 business days after vacating the unit and after a thorough inspection of the unit. The Unit's appliances, and all the furniture must be left in the same condition as it was given to the tenant/s to avoid any deductions for the repairing or replacement of any damages incur by the tenant. If tenant renews lease agreement at the end of its term the deposit will be applied towards the new agreement. Total Amount to move in: $2,000.
