For any leases between 1-2 months the owner will keep the utilities under their name, but all utilities are the tenants responsibility. Welcome to your home away from home in this newly built beach style retreat. This furnished home is currently a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath with a loft with an optional 4th bedroom if needed. It is ideal for families who may need to temporarily relocate for several months. All of the essentials are included in the kitchen and bathrooms. The home is richly appointed with modern, stylish decor with a SoCal theme.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and walk-in closet. It features an ensuite bathroom with his and hers sinks as well as a garden tub and a glass-enclosed tile shower.
The two guest rooms share the second bathroom on the second level. Both bedrooms are a surfer theme. One bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other has a trundle bed that can either be two twin sized beds or come together to become a king sized bed. The bathroom has dual sinks and a separate room for the shower and the toilet.
The lease of this home includes access to the community area, which includes a pool, firepit, and picnic area. Parking includes 2 spots inside the attached garage.
** 12 months or 31-night minimum. For military guests, access to Camp Pendleton is less than 8 minutes from the house.
