We're looking for a third roommate to join us in our clean, modern home that's less than two years old. The room is available August 1, 2025. The Space: Private, unfurnished bedroom with a spacious closet. (A bed and mattress are currently in the room and can stay for your use, or we can remove them if you have your own.) Full shared bathroom, kept clean and tidy. Full access to the rest of the house, including a comfortable living room and a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and all the essentials. In-house washer and dryer no more laundromat trips! The Location (1101 Fanning Street): You can't beat the convenience. We're perfectly located to get anywhere you need to go, fast. 5-minute drive to the Downtown Riverwalk and the trendy Cargo District (for spots like End of Days Distillery, Alcove Beer Garden, and Cheese Smith). ~10-15 minute drive to UNCW campus. ~15-20 minute drive to Wrightsville Beach. Quick and easy access to MLK Parkway and major shopping centers. The Vibe & Your Future Roommates: You'll be sharing the home with two responsible guys in their mid-20s. We're both past the college-party phase but enjoy going out, grabbing a beer, and being social. We're looking for more than just someone to split bills withwe'd love to find a roommate who becomes a friend. We welcome young professionals, grad students, and upperclassmen (juniors/seniors) to apply. **Important: Must Love Dogs! This is a deal-breaker. We have two very friendly, energetic huskies who are the heart of our home. They are well-behaved, but you must be comfortable and happy living with large dogs. For their comfort and safety, we cannot allow any additional pets. The Details: Monthly Rent: $750 (due on the 1st of the month). Security Deposit: $0 (Move-in special!). Utilities: Split evenly three ways (electric, water, internet). Available: August 1, 2025. Parking: Single-car driveway spot (first-come, first-served) plus ample on-street parking.
