This is a 12-month lease with the option to sublet with approval. Rent is due on the 1st of the month. First month rent due before move-in. Security deposit of $500 will be returned once the property is returned in good condition after move out. Online payments preferred. No smoking allowed. Renters insurance required. No parking included but Zone 6 street parking permits available. Utilities (electric, water, garbage) and FiOS internet are included as well as HOA related costs for building maintenance and lawncare/snow removal. Repairs and routine/emergency maintenance included. Landlord inspections or visits will be coordinated with at least one day of notice. Property damages and alterations will be handled on a case by case basis.

Steps away from the vibrant H Street Corridor and Union Market areas in Northeast with many different and delicious options for food and nightlife. Perfect for single students, young professionals, or career minded folks who need a quiet and cozy place to retreat to during the week.
You'll love it because of the modern feel of a fully self-contained condo built from an original 1910 row-house. The neighborhood is quiet but easily accessible by metro (15 min walk to the NoMa Red Line stop) or bus (C53/C57 at Florida, C71/D36 at K St, and D20 at H St.). It's great for quiet nights in a residential neighborhood for folks who work/study at Gallaudet College (5 min walk) or Capitol Hill (20 min walk).
The unit is a warm and cozy, southern exposure with plenty of sunlight in the winter time. Central air, hardwood floors, and granite counters in the shared kitchen. There is a full washer/dryer combo in the shared pantry. Street parking is available (Zone 6) but no dedicated parking area or spaces. Unfortunately, the unit is not ADA accessible due to having to traverse the front stairs for entry.
The bedroom is now furnished with a full bed with memory foam mattress and storage underneath. Bring your own artwork for the walls or choose from mine! You have full access to the shared living room with Roku TV, fully stocked kitchen/dining area, and the pantry/laundry. The current tenant in the primary bedroom has a part-time medium sized dog (Australian Cattle Dog ~30lbs).
