Landlord requires the use of Innago property management software for deposits and rent collection. Exceptions for corporate payments and other circumstances may be allowed on a case by case basis. This is a fully furnished home with utilities included, up to $200/month for electricity and $75/month for water, which is typically more than sufficient for normal household use, overages will be billed to tenants account. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Renters insurance is required for all tenants. As this is a mid-term furnished rental, tenants are expected to maintain regular day-to-day cleaning during their stay, just as they would in any home. The cleaning fee covers professional turnover cleaning between tenants. If you would like recurring housekeeping service during your stay, we can arrange weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleanings for an additional fee. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home. Lawn maintenance is included; however, tenants are expected to keep outdoor living areas neat and in good condition throughout their stay. There is plenty of parking along the long driveway. Please do not park on the grass.
